Job summary

Progress Welded Mesh Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Coordinator to act as a liaison between Production, Procurement, Logistics and HR to ensure smooth operations. You will coordinate with Procurement for timely material delivery and manage production or shipment reports for management review.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with a focus on coordinating between departments and maintaining orderly documentation to support production

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong coordination across Production, Procurement, Logistics and HR.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Production, Procurement, Logistics & HR to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Handle documentation such as production and shipment reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Sales and Logistics to confirm order specifications and meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue production schedules or job orders to the Production team.
• Monitor production progress to ensure timely delivery and flag delays.
• Adjust plans based on urgent orders, stock levels, or machine breakdowns.
