We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Manufacturing team at Bee Lian Plastic . In this full-time position based in Senai, Johor, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimising our production processes to ensure we meet our operational targets and customer demands.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitor production activities and address any issues or bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly
• Liaise with various departments, including purchasing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination
• Analyse production data and generate insightful reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Assist in the development and maintenance of production-related standard operating procedures
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a production coordination or planning role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to changes
• Proficient in using production planning and tracking software, as well as data analysis tools
