Job summary

WIWynn TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manufacturing Product Management Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager to act as the primary factory contact for customers and lead the manufacturing team in RFQ, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.

The role focuses on ensuring customer requirements are met while driving internal improvements. Mandarin communication with Taiwan stakeholders is advantageous, and the team includes Engineers, Technicians, and Quality Inspectors.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in customer focus and manufacturing.
• Familiar with end-to-end manufacturing processes for electronic products.
• Technical background is an advantage.
• Quality management experience is a plus.
• Good communication and problem solving skills; experience managing Engineers, Technicians & Quality Inspectors.

Good at communication and problem solving & have experience in management people as this position will handle a group of Engineers, Technicians & Quality Inspectors.

Mandarin communication skills are an added advantage to support coordination with stakeholders from Taiwan.
