Wiwynn Corporation in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure on-time delivery, quality, and efficient resource planning for assembly, testing, and shipping.

You will manage DL employees, lead a team, optimize workflow, maintain WIP, and liaise with Taiwan stakeholders; Mandarin ability is a plus. Minimum 8–10 years in manufacturing; diploma/degree in engineering preferred.

Formación

• Must have Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years experience for Assistant Manager; 10+ years for Production Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin as a bi-lingual liaison with Taiwan stakeholders is advantageous.
• Experience in Electronics & Electrical (E&E) industries is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production processes and maintain an efficient, continuous flow of production.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all production activities to ensure on-time, correctly sequenced, quality products from assembly to shipping.
• Manage employees and subordinates, schedule work, give instructions, motivate and direct workers to meet objectives.
• Monitor and control the flow of supplies, including raw materials and WIP inventory, for quality and availability.
• Oversee assembly process quality to ensure product conformance to requirements.
