Job summary

WIWYNN TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Product & Customer Quality (PQA) Engineer to coordinate cross‑functional teams in resolving production quality issues and to ensure timely closure.

You will collect and review yield data, drive continuous improvement, lead customer QPA/QSA, handle complaints, assist MPM with quality requirements, establish control plans for manufacturing processes, review RMA status, and perform FAI with reporting.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years’ experience in Production or Process Quality Assurance / Management.
• Proficient in quality management tools and methods including SPC, MSA, QCC, FMEA, PMP, QEC, 8D reports and SCAR.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you'll need

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

More than 3 years’ experience on Production or Process Quality Assurance / Management
