WIWynn TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manufacturing Product Management Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager to act as the primary factory contact for customers and lead the manufacturing team in RFQ, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.

The role focuses on ensuring customer requirements are met while driving internal improvements. Mandarin communication with Taiwan stakeholders is advantageous, and the team includes Engineers, Technicians, and Quality Inspectors.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of experience in customer focus and manufacturing.
• Familiar with end-to-end manufacturing processes for electronic products.
• Technical background is an advantage.
• Quality management experience is a plus.
• Good communication and problem solving skills; experience managing Engineers, Technicians & Quality Inspectors.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary factory contact for customers.
• Lead the manufacturing team in RFQ, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
• Ensure the manufacturing team meets and exceeds customer requirements.
• Drive internal improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
• Manage and coordinate customer audits with the manufacturing team.
• Lead the resolution of customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Attend meetings with customers to review capacity, address quality issues, and discuss operational matters.
