Flex is seeking a Process Engineer located at Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan in Penang. The role focuses on improving cost, quality and delivery by optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment.

You will define designs for manufacturability, investigate root causes, and drive process improvements to support production expansion. The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and 4–5 years of relevant experience, with background in sheet metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, rack

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience is typical for this role.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, rack integration, and data center infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement and evaluate designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvements to boost throughput.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and control methodologies.
• Interface with production for new process implementation and transfer.
