You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain management within OEM/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, planning, warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP/BC systems and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional coordination under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production plans and business objectives.
• Coordinate material planning, production planning and procurement to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Monitor demand forecasts and translate them into material and production plans.
• Drive cost control, performance monitoring and continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
