Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia seeks a Planner to oversee production and material planning, ensuring timely raw material replenishment and 3-month visibility.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years experience, Mandarin proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. On-site in Malaysia, local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business studies or related field.
• 3–5 years in material or production planning.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Mandarin proficiency essential.
• Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for raw material replenishment.
• Maintain supply visibility for a minimum 3 months.
• Secure delivery confirmations for all POs.
• Expedite material deliveries to support production and orders.
• Bottleneck and allocation management for scarce materials.
• Ensure master data integrity in SAP and add*ONE for automatic MRP planning.
• Drive Purchasing to maintain vendor/MRP-relevant data.
