Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred.
Experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP).
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China HQ.

Responsibilities

Organize and evaluate the master production plan feasibility.
Prepare production task lists and feeding lists.
Monitor supplier materials and picking process; check missing materials coordination.
Track production progress and assess schedule impacts; take corrective actions.
Adjust plans for changes and handle abnormal situations quickly.
Generate procurement requests and dispatch plans per material plan.
Complete organizational goals and other tasks from superiors.
