Job summary

Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to strengthen our manufacturing team. You will develop, coordinate and conduct technical training programs to improve employees' knowledge and performance, working with engineers and department leaders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, a solid understanding of adult learning principles and proven ability to manage multiple training programs across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Technical Trainer in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience developing training materials, curricula and assessments.
• Experience managing training schedules and competency records.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual technical training plan based on production needs.
• Create and update technical training materials with SMEs.
• Schedule training sessions across shifts and locations.
• Coordinate training activities across different production sites.
• Track attendance, competency records and skill matrices.
• Conduct training, post-training assessments and on-the-job evaluations.
• Maintain training documentation and records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Communicate with engineers and leaders to support operations.
