Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineer to develop and improve production processes for IC substrate fabrication in operation. You will analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement, lead new product introduction from pilot to mass production, and collaborate with Process, Quality, R&D, and Equipment Engineering to resolve lead time issues.

Develop and improve production process for IC substrate fabrication in operation
Analyze process data history to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth ramp-up from pilot to mass production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Quality, R&D, Equipment Engineering) to resolve lead time issue for improvement.
Create and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, control plan, PFMEAs, and process flow charts.
Specify and validate new tools jigs or fixtures required for high-precision substrate manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and environmental standards.
Support customer audits, technical reviews, and documentation related to product qualifications and change control.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations
Experience inSemiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication or equivalent, (required to work in clean room environment)
Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools
Carry out productivity improvement projects
Crossed functional teams coordination and execution
Able to work under tight schedule to deliver result
