Job summary

PAN ASIAN DAIRIES SDN BHD is seeking a senior finance professional to lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting. You will manage full-set accounts, month-end close, cash flow, taxation and audit coordination while guiding the Finance team.

Based in Sendayan, Negri Sembilan, the role requires hands-on experience with SAP Business One and cost accounting, with a focus on internal controls and timely financial insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CMA/ACCA is preferred.
• At least five years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with costing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Knowledge in SAP system in Finance / Costing / MM modules.
• Committed team player with positive learning attitude and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate & communicate the issues to resolve.
• Proven track record of contributions for improvement of systems & controls in mitigation of losses and wastages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Perform monthly closing, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Review trial balance and general ledger for accuracy.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury activities.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and aging.
• Review inventory transactions, costing, and SAP costing data.
• Coordinate annual statutory audit and respond to queries.
• Ensure proper internal control and SOX-like controls within finance processes.
• Supervise Finance team and coordinate with other departments.
