Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Plant Controller to lead manufacturing finance and product costing activities in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role focuses on cost controlling, planning, and profitability analysis across value streams.

Responsibilities include CapEx tracking, overhead allocation, budgeting cycles, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements in cost efficiency, product costing accuracy and financial reporting. Strong SAP CO and Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Plant Controlling, Product Costing or Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Cost Controlling, Analysis & Planning for the value stream.
• Perform cost analysis and allocate overhead costs; manage cost center controlling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective action plans.
• Track CapEx, tooling investments and resource utilization.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecast cycles; consolidate requirements.
