Two95 International Inc. in KL, Malaysia is seeking Mandarin-speaking Tech Support specialists to act as the escalation bridge between frontline agents and Google Product Engineering.

You will own Tier 3 issues in Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and Agent Builder, leveraging the GenAI stack and GCP infrastructure to deliver root-cause analyses for enterprise customers and accelerate resolution by collaborating with product engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Tier 3 Technical Support, SRE, and AI/ML Engineering.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) for enterprise engagement.
• Strong Python coding/debugging skills and API troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Act as the escalation point for complex AI/ML Enterprise issues across Vertex AI, Gemini, and Agent Builder.
• Collaborate with Google Product Engineering and frontline teams to deliver root-cause analyses.
• Lead crisis management for P1/P2 incidents and coordinate cross-functional responses.
