Job summary
Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co/ 深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司 in Kuala Lumpur seeks an AI Delivery & Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for EngageLab SAAS products, troubleshoot customer issues, reproduce problems, and develop solutions.
You will assist with GPTBots AI project delivery, API integration and testing, and documentation, while building small automation tools to improve efficiency and support processes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on software development experience across full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of web/API technologies and troubleshooting.
- Proficient with IDEs, debugging and API testing tools.
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for EngageLab SAAS products and ensure resolution of customer issues.
- Support the deployment and delivery of GPTBots AI projects, including environment setup, testing, go-live support, and documentation.
- Assist with API integration design, testing, issue diagnosis, and internal technical support for customer needs.
- Develop or collaborate on small software projects, utility scripts, and automation tools to improve support and delivery efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, user guides, and project delivery materials, and continuously improve support processes.
