Job summary

Jndesign Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Project Manager (Software Development) to lead end-to-end software projects from initiation to deployment. You will bridge clients, management, and internal tech teams to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on development background).
• Practical understanding of core programming concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java) and software design fundamentals.
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing software development projects end to end.
• Strong project planning, risk, issue, dependency, change, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency required to liaise directly with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Work Location : Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru
• 5 working days

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across the full development lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders and provide concise status updates.
