Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT/Software Project Manager to lead multiple projects from initiation to delivery. You will develop comprehensive plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of project management experience, strong leadership, and Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years IT / Software Project Management experience.
• 2+ years team management or project leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple IT/Software Projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Project Planning, Risk Management, Resource Management, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong Leadership, Decision-Making, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Thinking.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Team Management, Coaching, and Talent Development.
• Experience with Process Improvement, Automation, Digitalization, or AI is an advantage.
• Strong Ownership, Accountability, Communication, and Organizational Skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop Project Plans, Timelines, Milestones, Resources, and Delivery Strategies.
• Prioritize projects and resources based on Business Impact, Urgency, Risk, and Dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Business, Operations, and external stakeholders.
• Take overall ownership of Project Delivery, Risk, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations, ensuring timely decisions and solutions.
• Manage Scope, Requirements, Priorities, and Change Requests to control project impact.
• Manage Project KPIs, Progress Reporting, and Performance Reviews to ensure project visibility and delivery quality.
• Establish and improve Project Management Processes, SOPs, Standards, and Governance.
• Drive Automation, Digitalization, and AI to improve productivity and reduce manual work and errors.
• Work closely with Senior Management to align IT projects with business priorities and company objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple IT / Software Projects.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Project Planning, Risk Management, Resource Management, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management.

Strong Leadership, Decision-Making, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Thinking skills.

Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience in Team Management, Coaching, and Talent Development.

Experience with Process Improvement, Automation, Digitalization, or AI is an advantage.
