Job summary

CCIE Engineering is seeking a proactive Project Management Executive (Chinese) to oversee production, contract fulfillment, and regulatory compliance for domestic projects in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate kick-offs, planning, scheduling, facilities, equipment, labour, and material management, while ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires Mandarin and English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with construction/project coordination/site admin experience have an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (Mandarin required to liaise with China HQ).
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime on Saturdays when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off activities and prepare Project Charter.
• Coordinate planning sessions and review implementation plans.
• Support project team setup including site office and personnel arrangements.
• Manage project opening/closing, wrap-up summaries and client satisfaction surveys.
• Resolve on-site production and coordination issues as main contact.
• Monitor schedules, maintain progress reports and approve schedule changes.
• Manage temporary facilities, equipment, material, and labour compliance across sites.
• Oversee labour management and cloud platform usage for project teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QSE requirements.
