Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager in Johor Bahru to lead software projects from initiation to deployment. You will bridge clients, management, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality.

The ideal candidate blends project delivery with a solid programming and API/architecture understanding, enabling you to evaluate feasibility and translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on development background.
• Practical understanding of core programming concepts (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java) and software design fundamentals.
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing software development projects end to end.
• Strong project planning, risk, issue, dependency, change, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency required to liaise directly with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across the full development lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
