Job summary

Starpark Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, shipping, supplier claims and logistics operations. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, couriers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The candidate should be proficient in Mandarin and English, possess strong Excel skills, and have experience with Sage or similar ERP systems. Willingness to work 3pm–12am, Monday to Friday is essential.

Qualifications

Mandarin communication is required with suppliers.
Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Experience using Sage or similar ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Monitor and check all WIP dispatches and ensure shipment information is updated.
Key in and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in Sage system.
Prepare and manage product and shipping labels.
Perform stock, cost, and inventory adjustments.
Coordinate container shipment and arrange bookings and schedules.
Prepare and submit shipping and import documents.
Maintain accurate supply chain, logistics, purchasing and inventory records.
Support other purchasing and logistics administrative duties.
