Job summary

Starpark Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator in Malaysia to support purchasing, inventory, shipping, and logistics operations. You will work with suppliers, couriers, warehouses and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency and strong Excel/ERP skills, with responsibilities spanning PO management, shipment coordination, and cost updates in Sage.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency is required for communication with suppliers.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• Good organisational and administrative skill.
• Able to work accurately with figures, costs, stock and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory, shipping or logistics.
• Experience using Sage or similar ERP/accounting software is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate and follow up with suppliers, couriers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and check all WIP dispatches and ensure shipment info is updated accurately.
• Key in and maintain Purchase Orders in Sage.
• Prepare and manage product and shipping labels.
• Perform stock, cost and inventory adjustments.
• Handle container shipment coordination and arrange bookings.
• Update product costs in Sage and check duty/VAT calculations.
• Coordinate deliveries and receiving arrangements; prepare shipping/import documents.
• Assist with supplier claims, shortages and damages; process related debit notes.
• Maintain monthly promotional arrangements and update packaging details.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organised Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support our purchasing, inventory, shipping, supplier claims, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and check all WIP (Work in Progress) dispatches and ensure shipment information is updated accurately
• Key in and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in Sage system.
• Prepare and manage product and shipping label
• Perform required stock, cost, and inventory adjustments
• Handle container shipment coordination, including:
• Calculate shipment and landed costs
• Update product costs in Sage
• Check Duty and VAT calculations
• Arrange container bookings and shipment schedules
• Coordinate deliveries and receiving arrangements
• Prepare and submit relevant shipping and import documents
• Handle product returns, including:
• Prepare debit notes
Maintain return and claim summaries
• Work with suppliers to process and follow up on supplier claims, shortages, damages, or product issues
• Coordinate and update monthly promotional arrangements
• Maintain and update product packaging information and packaging details
• Prepare and manage local supplier/top-up Purchase Orders
• Maintain accurate supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and inventory records
• Support other purchasing and logistics administrative duties when required
