Job summary

Starpark Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator in Malaysia to support purchasing, inventory, shipping, supplier claims, and logistics operations.

The role includes key tasks such as entering Purchase Orders in Sage, monitoring WIP dispatches, preparing shipping labels, coordinating container bookings, and updating costs and packing data. You will liaise with suppliers, couriers, warehouses and internal teams, maintain records, and ensure timely, accurate

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency for supplier communication.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work accurately with figures, costs, stock and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory, shipping or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and check all WIP dispatches and ensure shipment information is updated accurately.
• Key in and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in Sage system.
• Prepare and manage product and shipping labels.
• Perform stock, cost and inventory adjustments as required.
• Handle container shipment coordination and arrange bookings.
• Coordinate deliveries and receiving arrangements and prepare shipping/import documents.
