The role involves generating and nurturing sales leads, conducting consultative conversations, and collaborating with team members. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, relevant sales experience, and excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English. A competitive salary starting from RM4,000 per month plus commissions will be offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in technology solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred.
• Exposure to Mandarin-speaking clients or markets valued.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through outbound calls and online channels.
• Conduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English to identify client pain points.
• Collaborate closely with account executives and project leads to convert qualified prospects.
