Eternity Recruitment in Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Manager (Technical B2B | Geospatial - Construction Technology) to lead a newly created sales function. You will own the sales team, shape the strategy, and drive market growth across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant B2B / technical sales experience.
• 2–3+ years in sales leadership / management preferred.
• Proven sales target achievement and pipeline management.
• Strong team leadership, commercial and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable selling technical products / solutions.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Team — lead, coach, develop and set performance direction.
• Shape the Sales Strategy — define priorities, market approach and growth opportunities.
• Own Market Expansion — identify new sectors, customers and business opportunities.
• Lead Key Accounts — engage contractors, consultants, government agencies & industry partners.
• Drive the Full Sales Cycle — from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation & closing.
• Build Sales Discipline — pipeline, forecasting, targets, reporting & performance management.
• Develop Technical Sales Capability — work closely with technical teams on demonstrations & solutions.
• Represent the Business — customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars and industry events.
