Eternity Recruitment is sourcing a Technical Sales Engineer (Civil | Heavy Machinery | Construction Technology) for our Puchong client. The role focuses on advanced construction tech solutions, including Machine Control, GNSS, and surveying hardware, with a Mandarin-speaking requirement.

You'll build relationships with contractors and engineers, promote high-value engineering solutions, and travel to sites to understand challenges, propose solutions, and drive implementation alongside our

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Construction, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 2+ years in Technical Sales, Heavy Machinery, Construction, Civil Engineering, Surveying or Engineering Equipment.
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits.
• Mandarin communication skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with contractors, civil engineers, site teams and equipment owners.
• Promote and demonstrate Machine Control, GNSS, Laser & Total Station solutions.
• Understand site challenges and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare proposals and work closely with internal technical teams.
• Support customers throughout the sales and implementation process.
