Job summary

iBroad Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in the semiconductor and electronics sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle for assigned product lines (PAM & PEQ), from inquiries and technical discussions to quotations, negotiations, order closure and after-sales support.

The role requires a technical degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales engineering or related fields.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales.
Knowledge of semiconductor test/assembly processes is advantageous.
Experience with semiconductor tapes, chemicals, wafer handling is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits and develop a career in technical sales.
Mandarin skills to support Taiwan market.

Responsibilities

Handle sales for assigned product lines (PAM & PEQ) in semiconductor/electronics.
Manage full sales cycle: inquiries, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, order closure, after-sales support.
Provide basic technical consultation, product presentations and application support to customers.
Coordinate pricing, delivery, samples, and project progress with customers and internal teams.
Maintain customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and prepare quotations, reports, and forecasts.
