Job summary

Mnosys Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Penang to blend technical expertise with sales acumen. You will drive revenue by identifying client needs, delivering technical solutions, and supporting customers across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• Willing to travel within Malaysia.

About the roleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join the sales team at Mnosys Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Penang, offering an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs. You will play a crucial role in identifying solutions for clients, demonstrating product value, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

What you'll be doing:

Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base by evaluating sales potential and actively follow up with customers’ requirements

Identify customers’ needs and offer technical solutions, training & application support

Plan, forecast and materialize sales target

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with preferably 1 year of experience in related industry

Preferably with technical background in areas relating to electronics test & measurement, or electrical/electronics equipment

Mandarin language proficiency is required (due to regular communication and technical coordination with technicians from China)

Proficient in computer hardware and software

Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly

Dynamic, independent, and able to adapt to a multi-tasking environment

Possess own transport and required to travel within Malaysia
