Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, PM, or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, Business, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track progress.
• Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and PM teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
• Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
• Work with FF, DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT tools.
