Job summary

Lancesoft Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to handle complex customer projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will review requirements, maintain documentation, and provide status updates.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination, strong communication, and excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills. The position involves coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and PM teams, monitoring timelines and risks, and working permanent night shifts aligned with US

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, PM, or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, Business, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 3+ Years | Location: Malaysia | Shift: Night Shift / US Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.
• Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; elevate when required.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
• Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
• Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.

Requirements

• 3+ years in project coordination, project management, program management, or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Technical understanding of PC operating systems/deployment environments is an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing skills and fluent English.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift / US hours.
