Job summary

You will coordinate across Project Management, Engineering, Sales and Operations to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with high quality. Applicants should have 3+ years of project coordination or related experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and strong stakeholder management with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management / Sales Operations.
• Fluent Mandarin and English – written and verbal.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support complex customer projects across teams.
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles.
• Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle.
• Organize project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
• Monitor progress, timelines, risks and deliverables; provide updates.
• Act as liaison between Project Managers, Engineering, Sales, Customers and Operations.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, governance and delivery; support QA.
