Job summary

LIANSIN TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Procurement & System Inventory Assistant to support supplier sourcing, purchase orders, and inventory accuracy within our Sarawak warehouse network.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in procurement or inventory, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus. This role involves cross-functional coordination with warehousing, sales, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or storekeeping (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory software.
• Ability to analyze report.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers.
• Process purchase orders; monitor delivery timelines.
• Source, evaluate, and communicate with suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels; update and maintain inventory system accuracy.
• Liaise with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for demand forecasting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and procurement reports; handle delivery orders, invoices, and stock transfer documentation.
