Job summary

Nan Ya Hardware seeks a Logistic & Warehouse Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) in Malaysia to manage operations and coordinate transportation activities. A Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent is required, with skills in Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

Mandarin fluency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Responsibilities include warehouse inventory control, carrier negotiations, distribution planning, and compliance with

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures and best practices.
• Understanding of supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
• Mandarin fluency is preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and coordinate transportation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor movement efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
• Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels effectively.
• Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies.
• Optimize the supply chain process for improved efficiency.
• Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
• Responsible for the full set of import/export documents.
• Cover shipment from origin to destination warehouse.
• Propose innovative cost and service improvements.
