Job summary

Nexpipo in Sabah is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Junior Sales Executive to drive growth in the assigned territory. The role targets achievement of sales goals, development of customer relationships, and expansion of market coverage.

Responsibilities include planning targets, preparing forecasts, managing accounts, and identifying new opportunities. A driving license and willingness to travel are required; compensation starts at RM2500 monthly plus travel allowance and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated sales territory.
• Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts for management review.
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Identify, develop, and secure new sales opportunities and business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, correspondence, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Expand market coverage and develop business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities to support sales growth.
• Represent the company professionally and promote company products and services effectively.
• Travel within assigned sales areas to support customer engagement and business development activities.
