Job summary

NCT PMC SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Executive in Malaysia to contact customer leads, arrange meetings at HQ or Sales Gallery, and gather feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Mandarin Chinese to liaise with clients in China, and MS Office skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; travel is required and immediate joining is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Wellverse in Chinese as need to liaise with clients based in China.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Required Skill(s): Ms Office (Word, Excel etc.);
• Able to work independently and fast learner;
• Able to travel
• Candidates who can join immediately will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Make daily calls to establish contact with customer leads
• Arrange meeting or visit to HQ or Sales Gallery for presentation
• Gather and report customer feedback to help refine sales strategies, improve products/services, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Perform any other duties & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
