Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales Executive to join our JB team in the dried seafood sector. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, and expanding our market across Johor.

Travel within Johor is expected, and strong Mandarin communication is essential to engage with customers and partners. The position offers a base salary of RM3,000 per month plus petrol allowance of RM700 and hotel allowances for approved trips.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proactive, customer-oriented attitude with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Johor and nearby locations.

Responsibilities

• Business development: identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
• Customer relationship management: build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other businesses.
• Sales & revenue growth: promote dried seafood products, secure orders, and achieve sales targets.
• Market expansion: explore new markets across Johor and surrounding areas.
• Customer visits: conduct regular visits to understand needs and build long-term relationships.
• Product promotion: explain product varieties, pricing, and availability to recommend suitable products.
• Order management: follow up on orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Payment follow-up: monitor payments and coordinate collection when necessary.
• Market intelligence: monitor competitors and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Sales reporting: maintain records of visits, activities, orders, and progress.
• Outstation travel: travel to Batu Pahat and Gemencheh when required.
