Job summary

HK Penli Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Associate to engage with clients, develop new customers, and help meet monthly and annual targets. You will coordinate deliveries and communicate client needs to the team.

Candidates with a Diploma or degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred to serve Mandarin clients.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Required Skill: Microsoft Office.

• Sales experience in related field will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Servicing & maintaining good rapport with clients.
• Develop new customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales target.
• Handle customer enquiries & issue related to sales.
• Effectively communicate client needs to the team.
• Participate in sales meeting, reviewing sales performance & submitting timely sales reports.
• Plan and ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
