Job summary

Magicray Vision Technology is seeking a proactive engineering professional in Penang to support AOI programming and customer engagements. You will learn product tech from HQ, evaluate customer needs, and present value-added solutions to distributors and customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent.
• Strong oral expression and self-driven motivation.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
• Good teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Own transport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally >50%.

Responsibilities

• Proactively learn about products and technology from HQ and understand end customers' requirements.
• Conduct exhibitions and technical presentations for customers and distributors.
• Participate in technical evaluations and prepare data-driven reports with PPT presentations.
• Provide consultation on AOI programming remotely via TeamViewer or on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using knowledge and experience.
• Write detailed reports of problems, tests, and completed work.
• Listen to customer requirements and implement corrective actions.
• Provide feedback and collaborate on quality and design-related issues.
• Improve customer support plans and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
