Job summary

Magic-ray Technology is seeking a proactive engineer to engage with customers, understand requirements and deliver value-driven AOI solutions. You will participate in exhibitions, present technical topics to customers and distributors, and provide remote or on-site programming consultations.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, teamwork, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally more than half the time.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical, Electrical/ Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent.
• Strong command of English and Chinese languages.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally >50% of the time to support customers.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-driven with customer-oriented mindset and good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively learn about products and technology; understand customer requirements and provide value-added solutions.
• Participate in exhibitions and conduct technical presentations for customers and distributors.
• Provide consultation on AOI programming remotely or on-site; troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Write detailed reports of problems and tests; ensure customer satisfaction and deliver corrective actions.
