Job summary

RECAFI INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. in Penang, Malaysia, invites motivated individuals to join as Customer Service Representatives. You will handle inquiries, conduct satisfaction surveys, assist in report preparation, and work at the front desk to welcome and direct guests.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency and strong communication, with a six-day work week. Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will collaborate with CSRs and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, dynamic and good attendance.
• Basic understanding of good customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working Days: 6 days per week. (Saturdays and Sundays are compulsory. Rotate days off on weekdays.)
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer satisfaction survey & assist in preparing report.
• Follow up, liaise with customer & maintain good relationship with customer.
• Handle Customers Enquiries and Complaints such as WhatsApp: Phone & Messaging and Email.
• Receive customer at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Receive complaints and discuss potential solutions with the department head
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
• All other ad hoc duties as when required
