Job summary

You will manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media, keep customer records up to date, prepare daily and weekly reports in Microsoft Excel, and support daily operations while delivering friendly, professional service and maintaining a neat reception area.

Qualifications

• Front desk role requiring strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel for reports and records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience in customer service or beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings, rescheduling and customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp & social media
• Maintain and update customer records accurately
• Prepare daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel
• Support the team with daily operations and ensure smooth front desk workflow
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and promptly
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service
• Ensure the front desk and working area are neat and tidy
• Assist beauticians in sharing product information and basic product knowledge with customers
• Perform other front desk and administrative tasks when required
