Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM or a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel PMS.
• Work Ethic: Pleasant personality, good grooming, and willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Communication: Proficiency in Mandarin language is a mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and luggage coordination.
• Answer phone calls, reply to messages, and resolve guest requests or complaints politely.
• Process cash, credit card transactions, and balance daily shift cash floats.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to track clean room statuses and maintenance for reported damages.
