Responsibilities
- Perform treatments confidently in your area of expertise (facials, head spa, manicures/pedicures).
- Conduct professional skin/scalp consultations and build personalised plans.
- Create exceptional customer experiences and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Drive business growth through rebooking, add-ons, memberships, and ethical packages.
- Participate in social media content creation and product knowledge sharing.
