Job summary

Ked Tech Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer to join our Melaka-based team in Malaysia. The role focuses on providing on-site technical support for our electrical and electronic cleaning equipment solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and training customers.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years of field experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field application engineering or technical support in the engineering industry.
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic engineering and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for customers and products.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars for customers.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to address complex technical issues and develop solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
Prepare and translate technical documents such as manuals and spare parts lists.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in electrical/electronic engineering.
