Job summary

ComRel Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking Mandarin-speaking service staff to support customers and suppliers across on-site installations and after-sales services. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and timely technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a diploma or certificate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Malaysian residency, and a willingness to work after hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Malaysian only.
• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Team player with a mature personality and good communication skills.
• Positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D) and own a car.
• Must be able to work after office hours when necessary.
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of assigned products and ensure smooth operations while providing continuous service support.
• Perform installation and commissioning of machines/equipment on-site.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment in-house or on-site.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide quality after-sales support.
• Liaise and work closely with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues.
