Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile OS and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for post-order inquiries, delivery updates and payment information.
• Assist customers by answering questions related to order status and changes.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer interactions per client standards.
• Meet standards for call quality, audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client-supported products.
• Record customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
