Job summary

You will work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, at G Tower, Ampang Park, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and team growth. Commencement date is 19 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English proficiency is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in a BPO / contact centre environment is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling calls, live chats, and emails.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work onsite at G Tower, Ampang Park.
• Able to commence work on 19 October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
• Manage assigned shift responsibilities effectively to maintain consistent and reliable customer service operations.
• Analyze customer issues, communicate clearly, and provide accurate solutions or elevate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and case details in the support system for future reference.
• Provide regular feedback to supervisors on recurring customer issues and potential areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
