Job summary

TeleConsult Global PLT is hiring for a customer service role in KL Sentral, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Ampang and nearby locations. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email while delivering solutions with professionalism.

Applicants with SPM or higher are welcome; Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, with training provided and a stable 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Diploma/degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
• Experience in Call Centre/BPO is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product, service, policies, and procedures.
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and patiently.
• Update customer information and case details in the system.
• Follow up on cases as required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
