Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to communicate in English for internal communication and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using customer service systems.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
• Previous customer service, contact center, or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
