Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to support B2B transportation operations in Malaysia. You will coordinate FTL, LTL, bonded cross-border shipments, store deliveries and temperature-controlled transports, liaising with drivers, suppliers and customers.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, English communication, and strong data reporting skills using Excel and Google Sheets; prior GPS monitoring or TMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Familiar with FTL/LTL and cross-border operations.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets for data reporting.
• Mandarin is a must; English communication is required.
• Experience with GPS monitoring, TMS or cold chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate B2B transportation including FTL, LTL, cross-border and store delivery.
• Manage company vehicles, suppliers and ad-hoc transport resources.
• Oversee bonded and cross-border processes; verify documents and customs coordination.
• Liaise with customers, drivers and suppliers for POD collection and cost data.
• Execute SOPs and system operations to improve efficiency and cost control.
